well if there be ninjas,
I know some pirates who will likely form a raid party.

Village is coming along nicely. I'd post some pics, but the ones I tried to take the sun was too low in the sky and it made the photo too dark.

The village at westfield Topanga is now 100% pre-leased. Opening is scheduled for September. We should have a complete tenant list released soon.

Sounds good to me. When will the complete tenant list be released? Which movie theater chain is going into the former Sears building?

Is bloomingdales still coming to the mall?

It would be great for Bloomingdales to come to westfield topanga mall. Also having Ruth Chris move from westfield promenode to either westfield topanga or westfield topanga village would be a great idea.
