None? Santa Barbara is probably the closest to European feeling that we have in the region. Lots of Europeans that fall in love L.A. do so because of how non-European it is. The Brits, especially, love this city.

*Also, you should define what you mean by European, as modern Berlin is very different than say, antiquated Roma, or the English countryside.

Skid Row feels European?

I guess if you're thinking of the joke phrase:

"Euro peein' in the public streets, Mr. Homeless Man."

Yeah I would agree with that. As far as bigger cities, SB is probably the closest. It does seem like the British really like Santa Monica so in that way it has a European presence. Pasadena has a ton of churches with spires, so in some places its skyline can look a little European.

There's also the Byzantine-Latino Quarter, though it doesn't look European at all and basically just looks like the rest of that Mid-City / Adams area. I've only driven through once and it didn't seem to be particularly full of Greek establishments, though there were a few.

What part of Europe? What economic level? Europe as Europeans and regular visitors know it or the stereotype of those who dream of going? I saw lots of Russian stores the last time I was in Van Nuys/North Hollywood (not as many as Mexican, Salvadoran, Vietnamese stores, etc.) I gather that's not what you're looking for. If you could be more specific as to what you're looking for, it would help.

Probably Santa Monica unfortunately. The reason: So many Europeans are constantly visiting it (and moving there, the ultra rich ones)
