I find myself in need of cookware that your average stores don't carry. I would like professional-grade because it tends to be more durable but I'm having a hard time finding a good store. And help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I bought at Pacific Sales here in OC, a nice high end place. I can't imagine they are not in LA too. They have Miele too if that is what you are looking for.

Oops I misread you were looking for cookware. Sur la table or?

Surfas in Culver City has a wonderful selection of professional grade equipment and supplies. Smart n Final, which has many outlets across LA, has professional equipment and supplies as well.
