But 90210 isthe larger part of the city of Beverly Hills, though its large extension into the canyons is part of the city of Los Angeles. The 90211 and 90212 are much smaller in area.

Yes there are huge differences. The upper hills are pretty nice, and the places you can't get to are where there are alot of celebrity compounds are located. The lower areas aren't nearly as glamorous and are more business type places. There are even some spots I don't consider very nice and somewhat shady.
