I'm LOVING it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Transplant from the Southeast. Absolutely love the weather here but I miss rain terribly. I'm used to rain like this at the very least a couple times a week. I love the rain; it's the only thing I miss about the weather where I'm from.

I've been sitting on my balcony just staring out at it since it started, lol.

I love the little umbrella icons! Yeah, it poured here for a while, sometime after 11:30. I don't like driving in the rain, so this was perfect timing - and it missed the trick or treaters, too.

Seemed like there was a solid 90-100 minutes of rain in my neck of the woods last night and then some sporadic showers a few times after that. I was up late with some guests and everyone was quite happy about the rain.

Knoxville, TN. Nice hot (but very humid) summers, mild (but still cold and grey) winters, and stunning springs and falls. LOTS of precipitation, especially in the summer.

Nothing compares to SoCal weather but overall in general East TN has nice weather, IMO. Except for winter.

I miss thunder, lightning, and downpours so terribly, though. Nothing beats a lazy, rainy, stormy Sunday.

I have family in Florida and spent quite a bit of time there, sounds pretty similar.

I'd like to visit TN sometime never been there.

East Tn is BEAUTIFUL country. I miss the green lushness and the mountains. (Knoxville is a 45 min drive from the Great Smokey Mountains Nat'l Park.) Check it out sometime! The mountains here rock also but aren't nearly as pretty, IMO.

We used to go tubing, hiking, waterfall watching just about every weekend during summers.
