I noticed there were some nasty protests last night. Are these protests continuing today/tonight into tomorrow?

I saw something about protesters knocking a chainlink fence onto a freeway last night but aside from that just peaceful sit-down protests.

I saw in the news just minutes ago there is to be protests again in Downtown and Crenshaw. I dont follow it on social media so I dont know where and when. Most likely at the LAPD headquarters across from LA City Hall, but who knows.

I saw on the news the LAPD is on tactical alert, whatever that means. I think it should be safe if they are out patrolling.

I wonder how much the economy is losing over the protests and how much it's going to end up costing.

I'm sure it won't be cheap.

They are not riots! 50% white hipsters being hip. Kinda hilarious watching the live feeds of them getting arrested, they just seem amazed that they would be arrested or crying about losing their jobs or not getting home to the kids
