Meanwhile, in downtown LA, it's 56F with calm winds.

Low of 46F tonight folks, so don't forget to bundle up, and don't forget to bring the dogs in.

Thanks. This is one of the newer ones, however, with the resistors deep inside where they are very difficult to touch. I remember the ones from when we were kids, though, which were an accident waiting to happen.

Default What's with this weather?

Im freezing. I don't remember LA being this cold for so long...geez, i know its winter, but if i wanted this kind of cold, id move to a less expensive place to freeze.

Oops sorry, just noticed the "its cold" thread. lol

Cold front rolled in. I remember last Christmas Day (2013 ) was 90 degrees in the valley.

It was this cold in winter 2012. Think it was pretty cold in 2011 winter too but not QUITE as much. Last year it wasn't. To be honest, I don't remember before 2011.
