'Walking Dead' spinoff location revealed | EW.com

Please don't let your LA-based zombies migrate down to OC on the 405 and 5, just kidding Dead fans.

It starts 02.08.15 for those interested in seeing zombies mangled, smashed and burned in a California setting.

The 5th season ended last year. The new season starts this Sunday. Yes they are milking it and it is just stupid zombie killing, but unbelievably addictive. The new spinoff is supposed to be called "Cobalt" and I am not sure when it starts.

Of course they are milking it. There is something about zombie killing that people seem to love.

The Walking Dead is one of the biggest shows on TV. A spin-off hardly seems like milking it.

Usually as I remember it took at least a year after the show ended for a spin off. Today the show doesn't even have to be over?

I keep forgetting how fast things come out now. I could've sworn a month ago I saw a trailer for that new Dracula movie and yesterday I saw a commercial for the DVD?

Happy Days had like 17 spin-offs while it was still airing.

Actually, we are in the middle of season 5, tomorrow starts the 2nd half of the season. The last 3 months was the mid season hiatus
