lol that's funny cause i read your post and went to the advert to get you the link to it and guess what? it's says the advert is no longer active, in the back of my mind i knew there was something wrong with that advert

anyway here's the advert in case you guys want to check it out, oddly enough it says it was last updated 15 hours ago...

Anyway since I've started this thread and to avoid starting a new one, could you guys give me any insight on the address N Vista Street with Hollywood blvd?

Just found another nice deal there (this time more realistic) and I wonder how safe and desirable is that area considering it's so close to the walk of fame and all of that madness in hollywood

Maybe it was a listing error or maybe someone stole the image? I don't know how real estate scams work I just know them when I see them.
