Which neighborhood is most McMansionized?

I've seen a lot of this in NY and a lot of it here. Personally, I'm ok with building big. Let homeowners get as much value as they can get from their properties and build a home that suits their needs... Especially when the land alone is so expensive. A relatively small plot that might cost $50k to $75k in other parts of the country can cost over a million here.
