When did it become okay not to pick up after your dog???? There was a time when you could walk on the sidewalk without constantly watching your step. That is no longer the case. Can anyone tell me what is going on with folks not picking up after their dogs???

Irresponsible dog owners. Not only Miracle Mile but all over the city. I can even go as far as saying, every city I ever lived in, especially in an urban environment, this has been a major pronlem.
