Hello Friends, I'm moving to LA soon with my family and my working location would be in North Hollywood, CA. could anyone please suggest me closest Indian community apartments to North Hollywood. i see many of them suggested Artesia, is it commutable to my work location?

Thanks for your help.

Not unless you really enjoy commuting, it could be well over an hour each way.

No, Artesia and Cerritos are not very commutable to North Hollywood.

It's true that Artesia & Cerritos are the biggest concentration of Indians (from the sub-continent) but in general MOST Indians are pretty spread out in the LA area.

This link is a few years old but it discusses the Indian community in the San Fernando Valley (where No. Hollywood is located).

With absolutely NO TRAFFIC (at 1 in the morning for example), you could get from Artesia to No. Hollywood in about 45 minutes.

At peak hour, it would be VERY different. The stretch of the 5 FREEWAY between Artesia and Downtown LA (on your way to No. Hollywood) is VERY heavy in traffic.

Thanks for the info friends. From the earlier discussion see some people suggesting Palms city. Are there any Indian community apartments in Palms, Burbank, Glendale and etc?
