What is the average 8/9am and 4/5pm (rush hour?) commute time between Manhattan Beach and Century City?

Is this a typical commute?

Many thanks!

I used to commute from Redondo to El Segundo (same direction, but shorter distance than your commute) and it was 20-25 minutes.

I commuted from playa del rey to century city for a year or so and that was close to 45 minutes. From MB i would expect a commute of atleast an hour. Do not underestimate LA traffic.

Once you cross LAX, you get all the people coming in from the 105.

It is probably an hour by bicycle as well. You can get two free hours of exercise a day by bicycle commuting (since you would spend the same two hours sitting in your car). Much easier commute too

If you haven't moved here yet consider living closing to Century City. That's going to be one of those frustrating commutes in lots of stop and go traffic.

and the sad thing is, the "cities" are not that, that far away. but that 405 from like santa monica blvd to exiting at rosecrans will be stop and go for the most part. in the early mornings, it won't be as bad as the afternoon/evening crawl.
