I have a 2010 Honda Fit, and I'm paying around $150 per month, which seems high to me. What do you guys pay? If you don't mind my asking

My auto insurance nearly doubled moving from MKE > LA. All limits stayed exactly the same.

That's high for a Honda Fit, unless you have a terrible driving record or you're under 25 y/o.

A lot less than that , for a lot more than the minimum / full coverage. My cars also probably don't cost as much as yours making my insurance cheaper.

~$1000 per car per year (full coverage)--Mazda5, Volvo C30, Subaru STI.

Your zipcode is one factor that determines your rate.

$150/mo for a 2014 that costs about $19k new. I lived in Northern Viriginia for a year a couple years ago and insurance was $80/mo and went up to about $120 on that same car when I moved back to LA. Living in Glendale raises it even more
