Oh dear, apparently you don't understand how immigration works.

Seriously doubt any of these companies will want to spend the $10,000-plus fees and go through reams of paperwork to sponsor your immigration. They would also need to prove that they are unable to find any American citizen to do the job. These applications are running about 2 years ahead, anyway. And forget student and tourist visas, because you cannot work under those.

Should I look to get a work visa before or after I go to L.A.? If it's after, would the U.S let me stay in U.S while my work visa gets worked on?

Also doubt any kind of job with those companies pays $10k/year. Still no idea what kind of work OP plans on doing and what kind of skills they have

Best long-term plan would be to get a job in your own country that has a branch office in Los Angeles, than get an inter-company transfer.

Or learn to write code. Most big companies will sponsor software developers. The team I work on has 3 out of 10 software developers who are not citizens and we've had three others in the past couple of years who left for better paying jobs. All have company sponsored visas

You cannot change a tourist/visitor visa to a work visa while in the US. You would need to return to your country and apply for the work visa there. And a warning: if you overstay on your tourist visa even for 1 day, you will not be allowed to come back even with a work visa
