Nothing new, you see it on the news on a daily basis. Drugs and alcohol play a large roll.

Yes, it is very concerning. It's so common that you wonder if the hit and runs are deliberate.

That and uninsured, unlicensed and illegally in the country. Many reasons that people don't want to deal with police
