A lot of the cities millennials or hipsters are attracted to are out of reach for them to buy in.
Makes more sense to start out and build equity in a less expensive area. But people want instant gratification and would rather rent in a hip area.

Or you can be unhip like me and live at home and get the best of both worlds. I'm doing better than the average millennial by far but I'm still downtrodden about never being able to afford a home.

King taco is the shiznit. I've been to the one I. Boyle heights area. My first foray into the king taco world. It's a good world though.
