Sure crime happens everywhere , but stuff like this seems to happen a lot more in Inglewood versus Woodland Hills

While both of those are in Northwest Inglewood the neighborhood that the first murder happened in is not very safe. There was another murder in July on the same block, around the corner.

That second one, on North La Brea, is in what is normally one of the safest parts of Inglewood.

There have been 15 murders in Inglewood in the last year but only two in Woodland Hills.

And the population of Woodland Hills is a lot smaller too which makes it even worse .

Inglewood has 110K inhabitants, Woodland Hills, 65K.

So the rate in Inglewood is over four times that of Woodland Hills.
