I just moved here and cannot figure it out. LA is so huge that it seems impossible to tell people where I am.
I live on Barham BLVD in 90068.

3 minutes driving from Warner studios and 3 minutes from Universal. 5 minutes from Hollywood BLVD.

Am I in the valley? Am I in the hills? What name can I say to people that will refer to my area?

Thank you

Depending on where you are on Barham, that's either Lake Hollywood, Universal City, or Hollywood Hills. I would just tell people you live off Barham, it's a major enough street that most people know it.

Great question. Some would also call it living near the Cahuenga Pass.

You might want to remove your address, especially if you are in a SFR, since anyone could look it up and find out your name.

I changed it to something next door. Its an apartment complex so no real worries.

Thank you though!

You wouldnt by chance know if I am in Lake Hollywood, Universal City, or Hollywood Hills would you?

People can still check and figure out your likely identity. I would suggest completely omitting the address.

Sorry, but I'm not familiar enough with LA to determine the name of the neighborhood. Someone else will soon let you know.
