Ok I applied for the Primor Secured Credit Card and when I got to the fourth page it said that my application was accepted.

Your application for a Secured Primor® Visa® Credit Card has been accepted.
SAVINGS DEPOSIT AMOUNT:
$200.00
Your credit limit will be equal to the amount you deposit into your personal interest bearing savings account.

I'm a little worried though I mean is this legit?

Why did you get a secured card with an annual fee? Capital One would have been the smarter option here.

Because I read that it's best to start out with a secured credit card and that one said I didn't need any credit.

No, you already got that card. There's no turning back. But how did you get denied for the Capital One secured? You have no credit history, right?

Oh OK. They still pulled your credit, though.

Even if you didn't finish your application by not putting in the deposit yet, they still pulled your credit. But yes you picked the wrong card. You do not want an annual fee on a secured card.
