Is it still dangerous to wear certain colors in certain neighborhoods (home, live in)

I live in Wichita, KS and while we do have Crips, Bloods, Folks, Asian gangs , Mexican gangs and other gangs here no one gets shot for wearing a certain color in the wrong hood. I mean if your'e walking through a neighborhood that is let's say a Crip neighborhood wearing all red from head to toe someone might approach you and start asking you if your part of a rival gang or not but if you go to a neighborhood wearing a red or blue shirt or hat or something like that no one is going to shoot you over it.Then again even though we do have gangs here no one really bangs here anymore expect for a small minority.But even in the 90s when banging was big here know one really tripped off colors.I did not grow up in the hood but some of my friends did and I was never scared to wear a certain color in a certain neighborhood when I would cost their home

Bloods and Crips have just called a truce, dontcha know.

Also, if you're wearing red from head to toe, you have bigger problems than being mistaken for a Blood.
