Hillary Clinton in Southland for last fundraiser before election | abc7.com

Must be nice. Just fly out here and get $33,000 a head to see you. With all the rich people in L.A., shouldn't this be republican capitalist stronghold?

She is in Seattle today, being greeting by a windstorm. Some power outages already, and 50-60 mph winds expected by tomorrow afternoon, but I don't know when the flight out is.

Income distribution is pretty even if you poll registered Republicans and Democrats except at the bottom and the very, very top (as in the top 1 percent). More of the Top 1 percent identify as Republicans and more of the bottom quintile identify as Dems.

2016 Party Identification Detailed Tables | Pew Research Center

For the top 1 percent among registered Republicans and Democrats, the edge goes to the GOP (33% vs. 26% of the top 1 percent).

If you ask independent voters in the top 1% how they "lean" then the margin gets much larger in the GOP's favor (57% GOP vs. 36% Dems).

Tickets started at $33,400 ... so I guess that doesn't get you dessert or an 8x10 photo with Hillary?

Imagine paying $33,400 and still be in the cheap seats..

That's not particularly polite, but I cannot say I'm surprised, coming from somebody who's been previously banned.
