786 Degrees in Sun Valley named California's best restaurant by Yelp | abc7.com

I went for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it is amazing. But some coworkers went for lunch yesterday and they told them they could not get a pizza until 8pm but probably want to wait a few days for the hype do die down

That's cool, I live close to this place but haven't been yet. Is there seating inside? I know it looks very small from the outside ,hard to tell from yelp photos.
Looks like started out doing catering from the photos on yelp.

Would be nice if more decent places opened in the area.

I believe it's 3 or 4 tables with total seating for 12-14 people. It's very small so you might end up having to eat next door in the park with the homeless people. But the owner is a cool guy and very passionate. Be prepared for a 10 minute speech about everything from his crazy oven from Italy, all his ingredients and awards but luckily the pizzas only take about 2 minutes to cook as long as they don't have a 6 hour back up from all the orders like yesterday.

Sorry but no.

I've been there and the drive wasn't worth it one bit.

You're better off at Desano or 800 Degree.

If I may, what's so special about it? I love Neapolitan pizza, but this seems to be a huge variation of that.

They have a standard neapolitin with buffalo mozzarella imported from Italy. But yes its about crust. His dough which he has the same yeast since he started and he adjusts the ph of his water specifically for it combined with his oven which is apparently the only one in the United States. The best pizza I had may have been one with no sauce or cheese. Its definitely a rethinking of pizza.
