Those plans aren't any more concrete or realistic than anything said in the past. It's such a crazy boondoggle--it reminds me of the Simpson's Monorail episode. There's a good song and dance, but it never made sense and the actual details are hazy which is probably because a real wall is simply a giant boondoggle. It's just so plainly stupid (not to mention an ecological disaster).

What are the wall proposals that you're thinking of that are being considered? It's likely I haven't come across them.
Well Oy, as you oppose walls, I'd like to see how you handle Lampedusa. You think this situation in Europe can continue like this? Keep on and we will awaken real facism and that 's an abomonation. Immigration must be controlled.

Spineless people fall in line. Are you suggesting the majority of Congress on both ideological sides are stand-up backbone individuals of high character?

Yeah. But it's dramatic as hell. And what does America and DJT love more than excitable drama?

Seattle, Philly, San Francisco, Chicago, and NYC have all vowed to remain sanctuary cities despite Gump's threats.

Good. F**k him.

So you'd be all for these cities losing funding? What if it's not a threat..but a promise that he will cut funding?

And what of the federal dollars that are needed? You're OK with punishing citizens in order to cater to foreign nationals who are essentially cheats and liars?

Exactly. Considering that Trump blasted his way past all his GOP opponent and Clinton to become President, throughly discrediting the mainstream media in the process, he has a huge mandate. Congress will give him what he wants, as he delivered white working class voters to them. Trump has shown you still need white working class voters to win the nation as a whole.

He really will crackdown on immigration. And he will change other things as well. People saying he's going to change are in denial because of fear.

Then he'll deal with the political fallout that comes from it.

If Trump wants to snatch undocumented immigrants with impunity, imposing his will on states rights, he's in for a long presidency.
