I reject this post as a troll post "There seem to be so many gangs." How would you even know? Do you know what a gang looks like? and how to tell them apart?

If you even saw a single gang member I'd be surprised.

I bet the "gang members" you saw were just regular black and brown people not wearing business clothing.

LA is a magnet to homeless because the weather is pretty good for homeless living.

In Boston and New York, homeless will freeze to death in the winter time. So homeless are forced to go into shelters during winter.

I lived in LA for 2 years and never saw a gang.

Somebody has actually posted ads in other cities, encouraging homeless to come to LA. Once they passed that law that allows homeless to sleep in the streets, that was the beginning of the end. Now they are everywhere.
Politicians in LA are all Liberal and "progressive". They do everything they can to allow it all to happen.

Gangs aren't allowed to hang out in public so, no, your just trolling.

By the grace of God it snows in America's fly over territory, forcing the homeless into California.

Tats and sagging is an urban thing, not a gang thing per say.
