He passed me and started speeding to Sunset Blvd. I bet he was probably late for an evening appointment in Downtown Beverly Hills.
They seem to confuse their E class for a tank and think it's immune from the elements.

I'm not sure what the real topic is here but is this colder weather and rain normal this time of the year? It seems colder than normal. I've also only been living here for just under one year.

When the gas prices spiked last, there was quite the resurgence of public transportation and the Commuter Express rolling stock received a substantial upgrade - motor coach style, very comfy. And yes, it's loaded with knowledge workers heading for downtown. If I worked downtown, I'd be on it, too.

I managed to get the ultimate LA commute luxury instead: A short one.

Pretty much. Enjoy the clear air and the unobscured views while it lasts.

2016 remains on track to be hottest year on record - World | ReliefWeb

The climate has broken records in 2016” said WMO Secretary-General Petteri Taalas. “In the atmosphere, carbon dioxide levels were above the symbolic level of 400 parts per million. In the oceans, record warmth contributed to widespread coral reef bleaching. And on land, droughts, floods and tropical cyclones disrupted the lives of millions of people as well as progress towards socio-economic development. A part of the disasters may be linked to climate change” said Mr Taalas.
But yeah, its been pretty chilly at night these last few days. That totally disproves everything.

Right-wingers have a prenaturnal need to be dead wrong on every issue. It's scary.

It's normal. The last few years were abnormal. Normal for a SoCal December/January is cool temps, occasional frost overnight, and about this much rain.
