Actually he does and he should.

No, he doesn't. He has said so explicitly.

Trump is a monstrous bigot and an all around repulsive human being, but unlike some of his supporters, even he has limits.

Why is it when responding to a subject, you can't deal with the subject at hand?
What the hell is with all this Trump crap?
The original post said nothing about Trump, it had to do with recalling city, and county officials, not the President.
If it is so hard to stay on subject, then maybe you shouldn't be posting at all.
Bob.
You're going to pretend that your anger towards our city and state leaders has nothing to do with them standing up to Orange Julius? Good one.

The more they oppose Trump, the better. Recall them? Absolutely not. You and the Trump Youth are on your own there.

How much more wishful thinking can you engage in? Did you see his lengthy speech exclusively addressing immigration? He made it clear that violent criminals will take priority, but if you're caught for something and you happen to be here illegally you are not going to get a pass. Just because there won't be mass round-ups to pro-actively hunt illegal alien doesn't mean they get a pass. Over and over when he's been asked "will the ones who haven't been convicted of a crime have to go back" his answer has been "We have to do it." And there's nothing bigoted about enforcing immigration law. I guess every nation on earth is full of monstrous bigots then. Actually what's monstrous and immoral is supporting liars who cheat the system and jump the line in front of those immigrants who follow the law.

From his site https://www.donaldjtrump.com/policies/immigration/:

Quote:
5. Immediately terminate President Obama’s two illegal executive amnesties. All immigration laws will be enforced - we will triple the number of ICE agents. Anyone who enters the U.S. illegally is subject to deportation. That is what it means to have laws and to have a country.
Immigration law currently calls for anyone here illegally to be deported, period. It doesn't spell out exceptions for those who don't have criminal records. Nor does it say you're exempt from deportation if you have a child born here, or are in college, or are working and never drew welfare, etc. and all the other excuses and loopholes anti-American bigots pushing illegal immigration keep coming up with.

From his Arizona speech:
Quote:
In a Trump Administration, all immigration laws will be enforced. As with any law enforcement activity, we will set priorities. But, unlike this Administration, no one will be immune or exempt from enforcement – and ICE and Border Patrol officers will be allowed to do their jobs. Anyone who has entered the United States illegally is subject to deportation – that is what it means to have laws and to have a country.

Do you seriously think that flip-flopping idiot is going to deport 11 million undocumented immigrants, fulfilling your darkest (or should I say lightest) fantasies? A simple "yes" or "no" will do...

Do you really think he is going to deport 11 million people, along with a few of million children of their US born children, or maybe you think they will all be placed in foster homes, or left on the street to fend for themselves? He sold you what you wanted to hear so you would vote for him, he's a huckster, he can't deliver on his promises and after he is sworn in he will just deny ever having said those things.

We've been over this a million times, that 11 million people don't need to be deported all at once, that removing incentives like government benefits as well as mandating e-Verify and severely increasing penalties on employers would get us more than halfway there. But you choose to ignore that with the meaningless answer of oh-he-will-flip-flip. Funny considering his 10-point immigration plan has been up for over a year with no change yet. But keep wishing.

Once again, if enforcing immigration law is a dark fantasy, then do you consider every nation on earth and the majority of human beings to be bigoted monsters? A simple yes or no answer will do.

What does this have to do with LA city council using taxpayer money to defend another country's people here illegally? And since you don't live here why would you think you have an ounce of credibility on this issue?
