If Syria tries to bomb L.A., how would we get advanced warning? I don't think the air raid sirens in this city have been tested since the 80's.

Seriously? I don't think any foreign military is getting anywhere near US air space. The 3 jets in the Syrian airforce would be blown out of the sky over the Pacific

If Syria tries to bomb L.A., your flying pig (don't mistake it for your president, despite the stunning similarities) will carry you to safety.

No. But in the case of a nuclear N. Korea, it would be nice to have a functioning civil defense system.

Do you have a fallout shelter? Otherwise you're screwed because you won't get far when 10 million other people get in their cars at the same time to try to flee LA

I can duck and cover. Also, instead of trying to leave, I plan to stay, which is why I have a bug-in bag.
