I live in an apartment, I'm on the second floor. across the street from me is a house, I think its rented( if I'm correct). I always keep the curtains on my window ajar. almost every other night, there are new kinds of people visiting the house, a lot. I'm suspicious because how could the tenant have so many friends, this is probably a guy in his 40's from the look of him? also, i did witness him being detained by police before right in front of his house, that was me seeing this through my 2nd floor window( which is where I live)

How long was he gone after the police detained him that time? It seems these days in CA hardly any time is being served if one is a 'non violent offender'. CA is a great place to be a criminal these days.

Had the same thing happen in a neighborhood where I lived years ago.

Cars would pull up to the house across the street at all hours of the day or night, the guy who lived there would walk up to the car, lean into their window for a few moments and then the car would drive off. My roommate counted over 100 cars one weekend. She reported it to the police since it was suspicious to her and the officer said there was no proof of any illegal activity, maybe the guy had a lot of friends.

When my car was broken into and the radio stolen I called the police. Same office showed up. He asked where my car was at the time? In my drive way. He looked into the car and asked where the radio had been? DUH! In the empty spot of my dash where all the wires were yanked out. I told him my dad has burned my name into the side of the radio and showed him the paperwork from the radio with the id code on it. The officer wanted to know if I was going to file it with my insurance company. I said no. He then asked then WHY did I called them? Why? cuz my car radio was STOLEN! He then implied that I was wasting his time but IF I insisted, he would file a report.

A few days later my neighbors' house was raided (same guy as above) guess what they found? MY STOLEN CAR RADIO AND A TON OF DRUGS! BIG SUPRISE!

Cops probably know it's going on, they have probably made buys there. They may be looking for an associate. These things can be complicated.

He's either a drug king dealer, filming porn, or has a five-star must have airbnb room. Either way, it's quite distracting to a neighborhood.
