Might as well legalize hard drugs for minors too while we're at it. That would be better than throwing children in jail, right?

Ret@rd.

Uh yeah it definitely would be. Children shouldn't be in jail for anything that does harm others IMO. For that matter neither should adults but got to start somewhere.

I don't know what you are trying to say here.

IOW, the religious right has no power.

If you think otherwise, show me which issues they've won on, longterm, over the past 40 years. They might have briefly stalled gay marriage here and there, but on that and every other of their issues, it's been one long slide into defeat.

On every issue that they alone fought for, they lost. The only time they get their way (wars in the Middle East, support of Israel) is when they're merely along for the ride (i.e., those issues would have won with or without their support -- the neocons, not the religious right, control foreign policy).

But the religious right plays footsies with feminists on porn and most notably, prostitution, and together, where their aims converge, they are successful to varying degrees.

Most of the guys who are always whining about not being able to meet women are probably the same guys who couldn't get laid in a w****h**** with a 100 dollar bill pasted to their forehead and a note from their mom.

Let's shift gears here and get back-to the root of the problem. It's not the city, it's you. If you can't find a date you have nobody to blame but yourself

If you think L.A. is "hard" on men in the dating scene, you must not have been to San Francisco or Seattle?

So your assumption is that I need or want to see a 'tut because I support legalization. Yeah, time to slap MY forehead.

San Francisco is very slightly better, albeit not by much. Seattle, about the same. The West Coast cities are pretty bad for hetero men except for Sacramento.
