Meanwhile homelessness has grown exponentially while he's been in office.

Exactly , That's why it's surprising and kind of funny that he would keep that quote up on his website .

Just yesterday I held my cell phone up to my head in order to look like I was having a conversation with somebody. That didn't stop a homeless guy from soliciting me for money. Even after I said I hadn't any, he still blathered away at me even though I was ostensibly having a phone conversation.

Jackass.

The point I'm making is that I've become so sick of the low-class, inconsiderate, obnoxious behavior possessed by at least 95% of them, that I want them simply gone. I don't care where they go and what they do, so long as they're gone.

Dear Mayor should lead by example and setup bunk beds for the homeless angels in the rental property he bought last year for $1.6 million.

I wonder why he doesn't...

You know zip about the homeless.

"I actually worked for two months before my boss found out I was homeless. Him and the staff belittled me and made life difficult for me until I quit. I didn’t make a lot of money, just enough to sleep in a flophouse on the south side of Atlanta for a few days out of the week; I didn’t get this job until I had been homeless for over a year and this didn’t last long. It’s hard to explain the difficulties associated with surviving on the streets as a homeless person if you haven’t been there."

Why Can't The Homeless Get A Job? | HuffPost

“Once employers find out that a job applicant lives in a homeless shelter, so many have told me that they can’t hire them,” said Glynn Coleman, an employment specialist at the Union Rescue Mission in Los Angeles. “Several employers refuse to engage with our residents if they don’t have an address or reside on skid row.

The problem is only going to get worse with Trump in office. Just think of how much worse it got when Reagan was in charge of CA. All these cuts will eventually take their toll. Mark my words.
