Is the one in Santa Monica open yet? That one is probably a lot nicer than the one at Pershing Square, because SM is on the Westside so it attracts a different crowd.

Where do you come up with this stuff? The skating rink at Pershing Square is just fine and I'm sure the patrons are not significantly different than in Santa Monica.

NYC has one too in Rockefeller Center, but its pretty small. But then there is another one in Central Park
