Came Across this article online wanted to get thoughts on the areas listed in the article from the forum. This article was written in 2015 has things changed much?....

Things havent changed much in 2-3 years. Nothing is that super dramatic in a short timeline. The comments of the articles are correct about rents being wayyyyyyyyy off for current listings (even 3 years ago). Unless they count average of overall rentals from people who have lived there for decades and never moved thus having cheap rent versus someone who just moved in a month ago. It maybe averages out to those low listed prices.

I can see that being the case using those averages of long term residents. I did a quick search for the areas and they were off.
