That song isn't about targeting Chinese people. The purpose of the song is just relaying experience on burglaries, but it doesn't mean he actually ever did it himself or that he actually scoped Chinese people specifically. It's more of a "how to" burglarize song than anything targeting Chinese or any group. And with both of you as self-professed hip hop fans, compare this to "Ten Crack Commandments", which is another "how to" hip hop record about criminal activity, and is widely considered a classic record by a legendary artist. I wonder if either of you shake your head and "tsk tsk" at the imagery and politics in that song?

The self-righteousness and pretentiousness of closet racists and/or people who don't follow hip hop is to be expected, because those groups act as if only the hip hop culture commits crimes. But this self-righteousness and pretentiousness from supposed hip hop heads is embarrassing. It's art and it's music, just like violent movies that can be based on real life scenarios. It definitely isn't a "let's go rob the Chinese" type of song, you dudes need to breathe...

Yeah, my clear agenda is to send these burglars 3 feet deep. If you don't want to do the time, don't do the crime.

The song specifically says to target Chinese for burglaries and gives out characteristics of why. Don't play dumb. Be a man and face reality. 3 Feet Deep.

Trust me, millions of Californians learned what Penal Code 198.5 says over this past year. It gives the right to shoot a burglar in the head when they are inside your house. If you wanna cry about that, that's too bad, but that's the law. When you see a burglar in your home, you don't know why they are there. They could be there to rape, assault, murder, and you have mili-seconds to defend your family.

By excusing these criminal behaviors, you're encouraging more funerals for them.

Btw, hip hop is pretty dumb now. It was much better in the 90s.
