Are Beverly Hills/Bel Air/Holmby Hills now so expensive that even celebrities can’t afford to live in these areas?

I think the most expensive homes are owned, not by celebrities, but by the media barons. The show runners, executive producers, and top studio and agency executives. That elite 0.1% who own the studios, production companies, talent agencies, and tech companies.

Shaq is rich. The white dude who signs his paycheck has wealth. You can't lose wealth. "Here you go, Shaq, go buy yourself some new sets of rims!"
