Sure seems like it. Stubborn high pressure not leaving, no rain or cooling in sight.

Plus now they want to raise the water bill since people are cutting back, and they are not making as much money.

Maybe we'll have a late winter. I've seen it before where it seems like the calendar seems like it's out of whack here in L.A.
Maybe we'll also have a cool summer ?
It's all about the temperature of the ocean currents off shore and right now they're warm.
