Indeed. However, try getting a ticket for not having a front plate and not addressing it, and see what happens the next time your car registration is due.

So then, we're now to just let crazy people take over our neighborhoods even to the point where people are afraid to go jogging in broad daylight for fear of bodily harm, etc., but if you're a normal person who doesn't live in bus stops, store alcoves, etc., and terrorize people, and you make one little slip it's time to get out your wallet and suffer a penalty.

p.s. Congrats on getting a 6th star. You deserve it, as you're one of this forum's best contributors

Yeah it’s a shame and all the public parks that tax payers have spent millions and million on . But many have been taken over by the homeless and people don’t feel like it is safe or sanitary to go there , especially with kids.

Thanks , I appreciate it . You are one of the best posters here .

Do you know how rep stars and bars are counted?

8 dark green bars @ 50 points each = 400points
8 light green bars @ 75 points each = 600 points
8 Goldbars @ 100 points each = 800 points
Total =1800 + 1 point equals one green top star
10 green top stars equal one red topped star
