It seems they are moving the goal posts to try and define more as being homeless .
Also of course we won’t hear anything about this but what percent of these “homeless” in a place like Pacoima are here illegally?

If there was more information released about how much is spend on illegal immigrants maybe so many wouldn’t be Pro illegal immigration .

This is really incredible if you think about it . We are paying for the education of the citizens of other countries or the kids of citizens of other countries then on top of it now we’ll be housing them there is the cost of beds , utilities , I’m guessing food too ?

This is nuts . Even if they are all citizens which we know they arent this is a bad idea .

Is this L.A.'s official doctrine? If so, I apologize for my ignorance, and where can I find this information provided by the city for my future reference?

Same with living in an rv or back of a station wagon around the city ... is that also a “home” to you? There are approx 15 - 16 thousand living in vehicles in LA County.
BTW, speaking of surfing, is it true that Charlie Don't Surf?

Just watched the NBC report. Good grief, it's always some excuse from city hall, eh? They can't do anything because of a lack of signs? What a load of bravo sierra.
