I also don't pay the electric bill at my house so I lucked out, but they say three cents for a full charge.

We don't have ac since we're by the beach so I'm assuming it probably makes up for not having AC. Nice try though!!
How do you not chip in to pay the "light bill"?

It takes me from 9-11 at night if I drove a truck I could be quicker, but I don't pay any money to collect them so it works out.

Yeah, they haven't launched yet. I found it weird since uber invested $200 million into lime recently, but they see a way to make money so they hoped on it off course.

La city council just approved regulations today .

“Those dockless electric scooters that have taken LA’s sidewalks by storm lost a little zip on Tuesday after the Los Angeles City Council unanimously approved regulations for a one-year pilot program that slows them down and effectively takes thousands of the tiny two-wheeled contraptions off the street.”

I wonder how many purse snatchers with untraceable phones use these things.

There's always that possibility, I guess you better just hold onto your purse as tightly as one can. Now that I think about it, it would be very difficult to snatch a purse on one of these things while you're moving, there's a very high risk of simply falling off.

Purse, eh? Well for your information, Mr. Smartypants, I actually carry a handbag. Unless I'm wearing high heels -- then I do carry a purse, but that's not too often. So there.
