Hello-
I am looking for temporary housing near Studio City for the summer. Any suggestions for a safe, “young” area
in that area or surrounding would be much appreciated. I don’t want a long commute but I will have a car. Many thanks!!

Do you need to stick to any kind of budget ?

I’d recommend staying in studio city if you are able to afford it . Rents are on the higher end for the vallley ( San Fernando valley) but there are a lot of trendier restaurants, bars , shops etc . It can be relatively walkable depending on what part of studio city . It’s considered a safe area. It’s a higher income/wealthy area .

Valley Village could be a good choice if you want to be close but don’t want to pay as much rent .
Burbank and Toluca Lake are could be good options too

NoHo Arts district is a cool area rents aren’t cheap right by the arts district but should be less than Studio City . If you go further North it gets cheaper but sketchier and more crime .

I would love to pay less but can spend up to $3500
Monthly if necessary. Thank you for your response and if you have
any specific advice, that would be great. Thanks again!
