Not that many people move from New York to LA at all. They move to SF if anything, then years later go back to NYC.

I grew up in So Cal.... haven't lived there in decades, but I have fond memories of Stuft Pizza on Whittier Blvd.... wonderful crust, fresh flavorful toppings.... omg!

Good pizza is:

1. Thin crust Chicago style/party style/tavern style
2. Cut in squares
3. Cheese on top of toppings

Sample:

Where can I find this in LA?

I've had that here before, but I cannot recall where.

I'm a big fan of this style too. Try Casa Bianca in Eagle Rock or Barone's in Van Nuys.

Grimaldi's (El Segundo) makes a pretty good NY-style pizza. Technically it's a chain, but the quality of the food doesn't reflect it.

guess that's what I'm saying how sometimes the pizza joint could be better than the restaurant. Mulberry only repeat but can I declare it the winner as it seems to have multiple locations and is a more on the restaurant side? Corleone Pizza has what on google looks to be another similar place across the street Pizza Italia and another down the street (Braazo). Good place to start
