From the top of Crenshaw in PV, down to the 405, lately I've encountered a lot of bumps in the street running laterally, as do ones caused by tree roots. However, I don't think these are caused by tree roots unless some of the trees have been recently removed. What's causing these bumps, and why aren't they getting fixed? The speed limit on the aforesaid section of Crenshaw is 45 in most places, yet driving at that speed is nearly insufferable because of these nasty bumps.
