You asked where I got my information and then said to look on Redfin , yet when you look on Redfin you’ll see there are few homes for sale in BH ..

You can't sell your home if you haven't found a new area that's also cheaper as to where you've made a profit off your old home to move to.

Can you highlight the border of BH because I also don't see many homes there.

Only 20 come up on Redfin for BH for SFH .

About 5 of them are new builds so those would be long time residents selling .

20 houses for a neighborhood of 100,000 is not a lot in my opinion. Call me crazy lol
