I miss Phil Hendrie. His humor caused me to nearly laugh myself into cardiac arrest on more than one occasion.

I don't know much about L.A. AM radio hosts, but I do know that Jennifer York is the most annoying L.A. AM traffic reporter.

KGO am in San Francisco has two unbearable "talk show hosts" namely Ethan Bearman and Chip Franklin. Bearman whines about everything and then insults callers if they disagree. Mind you, this is an uninformed bully who is apparently liked enough by Cumulus (that ruined KGO in 2011
by firing its successful talk show hosts that made KGO number one, then steadily running the station into the ground) that he is repeated in the evenings with the same show from the morning. Worse yet, Bearman lives and broadcasts from LA pretending to be a Bay Area resident.

Chip Franklin is a shallow racist who discusses his bathroom habits, sex life, plus he knows everyone in the world, ad nauseam. He thinks he is a comedian, but is really just a joke.

One would think San Francisco had much better offerings than these two incompetents. No wonder the station has extremely low ratings. No one can make this stuff up.

I listen to KFI online most of the time now and love Bill Handel. KGO could take a lesson from LA!

John and Ken are fun and one of the things that keeps drawing me a little bit back to CA. Now of course I can listen to them online so I don't need to move back. Several of the ones mentioned here are good and a few not so good.

I've discovered Brian Suits on KFI, weekend nights. He's really smart.

He mentioned he's a disabled vet - how is he disabled? What happened?

It says here that he was wounded in action in Iraq. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and the Purple Heart.

I very much like Suits as well. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of history and military subjects, and an outstanding sense of humor.
