The location is pretty pedestrian-unfriendly, which is why the street level part of the structure isn’t the most pedestrian-centric. All that being said, this is a slick tower. The vertical split down the middle is very attractive, creates more window views for those inside, and prevents this from being boxy. All good things.

So the split down the middle gives people a great view into the adjacent tower?

Looks like there's no helipad planned. Good luck with getting rescued from the roof if there's a fire on a lower floor...

Natural light is big right now in the realm of office space versus traditional boxy spaces with offices facing the building core. I also don’t see from this image where you think people will only have a view of adjacent offices.

Those have been deemed useless and a waste of money. We're the only city that has ever had that regulation in place where every building over 70ft should have a helipad. Thankfully we ended it. Especially with better elevator and fire safety tech.

Our skyline won't look so boxy anymore. The Wilshire grand was a nice change..
