Yeah, remember the days when a kid would get a finger blown off, or some other injury? Wheeee....

What I've noticed is that there's a lot less variety in the official fireworks displays, than there used to be. There are only 2 or 3 types of fireworks, now, so the displays are pretty generic. Maybe the sources used are more limited? Who are the main manufacturers? It seems the US used to get them from China and Japan, as well as domestic sources.
