I see people throwing soda cups, potato chip bags out the window while driving.

Such low class and morals yet they want to live and hang around the "nicer" areas.

And many do live there and are driving nice cars. Usually younger people from what I have seen.

i don't think its because people think that they are superior.

I think it's just they weren't raised in an environment where littering was unacceptable.

Multiply the additional people in the city and metropolitan area with the metric ****-ton of disposable crap we use and produce now as well as a few decades for some detritus to build up.
