I think its a good thing for several reasons. First being Traffic. People who live in that area have a hard time just getting home. Second it's great that they're giving the money to Parks and Rec. Very much needed.
They need to stop charging for park fees. stop charging fir the zoo. Use your taxes wisely. Cut government aid. Cal hands it out too easily. Use the taxes for something USEFUL.
