You may be right, but that’s very debatable. When you consider they’re the 3rd most popular team at best amongst native/long time Angelenos, and that’ll never change. They might not even be the 3rd most popular team when you consider those that adopted other teams the 20+ years the city went without an NFL team. They’ll never be more popular than the Rams or Raiders, period. The fact they dropped the price of seat licenses and tickets, along with revenue expectations for the new stadium while having the best record in the conference says a lot. Regardless of any on field success, their future doesn’t look too bright amongst LA sports fans.

I'm boycotting the Rams because the Saints were cheated.

Quote:
New Orleans Saints fans are unhappy and upset about the way Sunday’s NFC Championship game was officiated — and some are taking action.
The Saints lost the game 26-23 in overtime to the Los Angeles Rams — who are now headed to the Super Bowl — and the outcome drew ire from New Orleans fans due to a missed pass interference call they said changed the outcome of the game.

It's embarrassing the Chargers and Rams will be playing in an indoor, artificial turf stadium in Southern California. For 1/6 the price of this plastic dome, the historical, mammoth Coliseum could be further modified (beyond USC's current modification) to above NFL standards AND improve parking and traffic AND create nice areas to tailgate. Many cities on the cold east coast and midwest still play outdoors on grass.
