How long does morning commute take from chino hills to pasadena? Say if i leave chino hills at 7. am what time can i expect to get into pasadena. i am moving there for a new job

Leave much earlier or much later. You'll be on the westbound freeways with 20,000,000 other people in the morning. 1.5-2 hours each way leaving between 6 and 7 wouldn't surprise me.

you might want to mapquest it. as some people around here are alarmists. it really depends on the freeway/route and time, but in the morning coming into LA might be a bit awful. mapquest it with the traffic control to see what its like.

I agree. Check out traffic.com and also MSN maps - it has the ability to integrate traffic data in to routes. The numbers I hear on the forum vs. the times quoted on the website are very different. I was in LA last week, had one of those GPS devices with traffic and it got me where I was going and its time estimates were very accurate even with traffic. Good luck
